Jayde Fowler, M.Ost
Osteopath + Founder
Masters in Osteopathy (M.Ost), Swansea University
Jayde founded SoCo Therapies after graduating with a 2:1 Masters in Osteopathy from Swansea University in 2014. She served as the official Osteopath for AFC Bournemouth during the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons and has a particular interest in functional and sports rehabilitation. Additional training includes dry needling, Dynamic Neuromuscular Skills, cranial osteopathy, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Joanna Hodgkinson
Sports Massage Therapist + Clinic Manager
Level 4 Sports Massage, Bournemouth University (2021)
Jo is a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist with additional qualifications in myofascial cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM). With a background in competitive kickboxing and boxing spanning 15 years, she applies a firm, holistic approach - discussing diet, lifestyle, sleep, and hydration alongside hands-on treatment. A firm believer in 'movement is medicine', she prescribes targeted exercise programmes to help patients achieve their goals faster.

Dave Slayter
Chiropractor
BEd (Hons), MSc Chiropractic (AECC), DC, LRCC
Dave brings a diverse background to chiropractic - previously a lecturer and department manager in Further Education, and also a qualified Swimming Teacher, Lifeguard, Fitness Instructor, and Sports Massage Therapist. He completed his MSc in Chiropractic at the AECC in Dorset and takes a comprehensive, empathetic approach to each patient: thorough health history, detailed report of findings, and a bespoke treatment plan to release tension and mobilise joints.

Jamie Wheeler
Chiropractor + Diagnostic Ultrasound Practitioner
First Class Chiropractic Degree, University of South Wales (2021)
Jamie qualified with a first class chiropractic degree in 2021 and has since treated a wide range of patients using spinal manipulation, mobilisation, acupuncture, and rehabilitation techniques. He also offers diagnostic ultrasound to support the assessment of concerns including arthritis, rotator cuff injuries, and sports injuries. His approach focuses on pain management early in injury and integrated strength work later to prevent recurrence.
Lauren Terry
Sports Massage Therapist
Master’s degree in Osteopathy, European School of Osteopathy
Lauren is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with three years of experience. She has also completed a four-year Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy and is currently completing the registration process. She offers hands-on, individualised treatment for people of all ages, supporting a wide range of aches, pains, injuries, and mobility concerns. Lauren has a particular interest in paediatrics, maternity care, and supporting women throughout the pre- and postnatal stages.

Silvia Ferreira
Chinese Acupuncture + Shiatsu Massage Therapist
MAA, RARA
Silvia discovered Chinese Medicine 20 years ago and it has been her passion ever since. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, she kept a private practice and taught acupuncture for 18 years before moving to Bournemouth. She has continually refined her knowledge across China, France, and Spain - specialising in dermatology, gynaecology and obstetrics, and pain management through Traditional Acupuncture, Japanese Moxibustion, Cupping, Shiatsu, and Lymphatic Drainage.

James Brown
Sports Therapist + Sports Massage Therapist

James graduated with a Masters in Sports Therapy from the University of Gloucester. He assesses, treats, and provides rehabilitation programmes for a range of musculoskeletal injuries, creating individualised plans to help patients return to their chosen activity - fitter and stronger. Sport has always been central to his life; he has played cricket for over 18 years at various levels. He continues ongoing CPD to keep his knowledge current.

Molly McDermott
Sports Massage + Pregnancy Massage Therapist
Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage training, Bournemouth University
Molly is a Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage Therapist who received her training at Bournemouth University. She brings a wealth of personal athletic experience to her practice, with a background in gymnastics and cross-country running, and has completed five ultra-marathons and 22 marathons. Highly versatile and well-rounded, Molly regularly updates her CPD to ensure her clinical knowledge remains at the forefront of the industry. She also holds specialist diplomas in Myofascial Release and TMJ therapy. Driven by a holistic, evidence-informed approach to the mind-body connection, she is currently expanding her clinical scope by studying for a BSc in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at Health Sciences University (HSU), supporting athletes, rehabilitation, people with chronic pain, and anyone looking to improve their overall wellbeing.

Emily Deboch
Foot Health Practitioner & Reflexologist
Level 4 Diploma in Foot Health, Stonebridge College · Guild of Graduate Register (OA221965)
Emily is a fully qualified and experienced Foot Health Practitioner, holding a Level 4 Diploma from Stonebridge College. She entered the College Guild of Graduate Register in February 2020 (Reg. OA221965). Emily treats a wide variety of foot conditions including verrucae, corns and callus removal, nail reduction and trimming, ingrown toenails, fungal nail and foot conditions, hard skin, and dry and cracked heels. Her care also extends to management of the diabetic foot. Alongside foot health, Emily practises Reflexology - a safe, natural therapy that stimulates blood circulation, boosts the immune system, calms the mind, and encourages the body to produce endorphins, its natural painkillers. Emily believes in quality, personalised treatment and is passionate about helping patients take better care of their feet and feel better every day.

Godrek Yamoah
Sports Therapist
Godrek is a Sports Therapist with experience across elite sport, private practice, the NHS, and sporting events, including work with AFC Bournemouth, Dorchester Town Football Club, and rugby. He supports people with musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries through assessment, rehabilitation, sports massage, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, shockwave therapy, and injury prevention. His approach combines symptom relief with identifying underlying causes to support recovery, movement, performance, and long-term resilience.

Zoe Phoenix
Mindset, Menopause + Women’s Wellbeing Specialist

Zoe supports women with menopause, emotional eating, weight struggles, anxiety, confidence, and repeating patterns. Her work combines hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, emotional alignment, CBT hypnosis, NLP, mindset coaching, mindfulness, and self-hypnosis tools. She offers personalised one-to-one support for women aged 18 and over, with sessions available face to face and online.

Susan Davis
Nutritional Therapist + Health Coach

Susan has practised nutritional therapy since 2009. She supports clients with a range of health concerns, with particular interests in digestive problems, allergy-related conditions, mental health challenges, and neurodiverse-affirmative practice. A qualified chef, she also teaches cookery and fermentation classes for gut health and offers consultations, follow-ups, and tailored packages.

Trudy Darien

Trudy is the founder of Acacia Consultancy and has more than 25 years of experience in the care profession. In private practice she offers psychodynamic therapy to adults, with specialist interests in early life trauma, identity, attachment, and relational difficulties. She works in person and online, providing a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space grounded in empathy, trust, and respect.

Caroline Carpenter

Caroline is an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist with experience working independently and within the local authority sector. She works with children and adults, offering psychological assessment, advice, and support. Her strength-based approach draws on solution-focused brief therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, with support available online, in the clinic, and in other appropriate settings.

Tanya has a background of more than 25 years in the care industry and experience as both a massage therapist and hypnotherapist. Through Balance in Mind, she uses a person-centred combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, and wellbeing coaching to support confidence, healthy habits, creativity, resilience, and phobias. She offers individual and group sessions, workshops, and online appointments.
