Jayde Fowler, M.Ost is a fully qualified Osteopath and founder of SoCo Therapies, Bournemouth. She graduated with a 2:1 Master's Degree in Osteopathy from Swansea University in 2014 and has since treated a wide range of patients, from the very young to the elderly.

Jayde has a wealth of experience in both clinical and sporting environments, having served as the official Osteopath for AFC Bournemouth during the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons. She has a particular interest in functional and sports rehabilitation, and holds additional training in dry needling (a Western form of acupuncture), Dynamic Neuromuscular Skills, cranial osteopathy, and the assessment and treatment of vertigo.
