Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful, evidence-informed approach that works with the subconscious mind to create meaningful, lasting change. Rather than simply managing symptoms or finding strategies to cope, hypnotherapy addresses the deeper roots of what is driving the patterns, habits and emotions that hold people back.

Some of our hypnotherapists work with different therapeutic approaches within hypnotherapy, including traditional suggestion-based hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy may also be integrated with complementary approaches such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching, solution-focused techniques, and subconscious therapeutic change work to support personalised, client-centred change. In some cases this could include exploring earlier experiences and root causes that continue to influence present patterns, which may involve approaches such as regression or inner child work.

Hypnotherapy can support clients with a wide range of challenges and goals, including anxiety and stress, overthinking, confidence and self-esteem, unwanted habits or behaviours, fears and phobias, sleep difficulties, motivation and focus, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, weight management, menopause support, pain management, performance enhancement, smoking cessation, exam or performance nerves, breaking unhelpful thinking patterns, and processing earlier experiences that may still be influencing present patterns.

Sessions are available both face to face and online. All of our hypnotherapists offer an initial consultation so you can learn more about the process and decide whether hypnotherapy and their approach feels right for you.
